We invented On-Site Panelization
A technique that you won't see used by anyone else, On-Site Panelization was invented by a Denk & Roche superintendent to minimize adjusting of manpower due to fluctuations in building schedules. The method employs the use of an area on the job site where carpenters can pre-fabricate walls and other sections of the building. They are then transported to the building, via our forklifts, when ready for placement. This helps maintain a more consistant manpower force on the jobsite.
On-Site Panelization results:
- Maximizes material usage.
- Minmizes waste disposal.
- Consistant work force.
- Maintains consistancy and quality of framing
- Reduces accidents and work-comp issues
- Reduces erection schedules
